FAQ
Why are "Date of Birth" and "Gender" required to sign up?

These are used to calculate an estimated BMR, or the number of calories you would burn throughout the course of a day.
What is "Weight Lifting Activity" used for?

The Weight Lifting Activity is used in conjunction with the "Minutes Per Set" to calculate how many calories were burned during a Weight Lifting workout.
What do I enter for the "Mintues / Set"?

The number of minutes per set. This will include your resting time between sets. For example, if you use 2.5 minutes per set and perform a workout with a total of 12 sets, this would equate to a 30 minute workout.

This number is an estimate and can be adjusted at any time. If you are working out longer than what the system is calculating, increase the number of minutes per set. If you are working out less than what the system is calculating, simply decrease the number of minutes per set.
What is the "Default Rep Scheme"?

This is the default rep pattern that will be used when you are creating a workout routine. This must be in the form: reps, reps, etc., for as many sets as you would like. For example, 12, 9, 6, 6, or you can input 12, 9, 6x2, and it will automatically expand to 12, 9, 6, 6.
