Gym Journal lets you track your weight lifting workouts, nutritional information, and your physique measurements. Gym Journal can be customized to your locale so that you can store your information as kilograms, or pounds. Also, customize Gym Journal to estimate how much time you have spent at the gym based on the workout information you have entered into your journal.

:: Weight Lifting
 
Gym Journal's Weight Lifting Module allows you to track up to 150 exercises, or you can add as many of your exercises as you like. Enter your workouts into your weight lifting journal quickly and easily. Instead of going through a 3 or 4 step process, pick your exercise and enter your workout as 10/30, 8/40, etc. for as many sets as you like. After saving your journal, you will be able to see the calculated One Rep Max for each exercise.

Analyze your workouts by finding your best entry, or viewing a number of built-in graphs. Create a custom workout routine, or copy another member's publically available weight lifting routine.

 




:: Cardio Activities
 
Gym Journal's Activity Module allows you to track up to 73 exercises, or you can add as many of your own activities as you like. Enter your workouts into your journal quickly and easily, and let it calculate the number of calories you have burned.

 


:: Nutrition
 
With Gym Journal's Nutrition Module, you can track over 12,000 servings of food, set a goal for each of the basic nutrients and view your progress using our built-in graphing tools. When watching your nutrition it is often difficult to eat the same number of calories each day in order to complete your goal. Gym Journal helps you stay with your goal by showing a 'green' zone on your graphs which represents your goal.

Gym Journal also 'scores' your nutrition based on the goals you have set using our Diet Guides, or a Diet Guide that you have created. By using this score card, you will know exactly which item of food assisted you in making or breaking your nutrition goals.
